Technical defects are covered by the warranty and are characterised by abnormal behaviour. Abnormal behaviour could be, for example, that the device can only be charged up to 40%. Please note, your minimum 12‑month warranty is refurbed's voluntary commercial promise to you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights
