Severin MW 7762 Microwave with Grill

Cook, defrost and gratinate with more room to work, using the Severin MW 7762 2-in-1 microwave with glass base and grill, built around a flat, turntable-free design.

Key features

• 2-in-1 function – microwave and grill in one appliance, for heating, defrosting and gratinating
• Innovative glass base – a flat glass floor with a microwave reflector spreads heat evenly, with no turntable
• Up to 33% more usable space – more room for large dishes, square gratin dishes and big plates
• Two-level cooking – an integrated insert rack allows simultaneous cooking on two levels
• Simple controls – classic dial regulators for straightforward power and time settings
• Effortless cleaning – the full-surface glass base wipes clean with a cloth, with no awkward gaps left by a turntable

Why the extra space and grill combine well

Removing the turntable altogether hands back that circular section of floor space for actual use, which is where the up to 33% larger usable area comes from – handy for large or squared-off dishes that never quite fit a rotating plate properly. The glass base itself contains a microwave reflector, so heat still spreads evenly despite there being nothing physically turning underneath.

The grill function adds a genuine second use beyond straightforward microwave cooking, letting you brown and gratinate dishes that a microwave alone would only heat through. Combined with the integrated insert rack, which allows cooking on two levels at once, this appliance covers more ground than a basic single-function microwave, while classic dial controls keep day-to-day operation simple.

Technical highlights

• Functions: microwave and grill
• Base: full-surface glass with microwave reflector, no turntable
• Usable space: up to 33% larger
• Cooking levels: 2, via integrated insert rack

Can I brown the top of a gratin as well as heat it through? Yes – the grill function is built specifically for that kind of finishing touch, going beyond what the microwave function alone would achieve.

This microwave is refurbished and tested for full function; it may show light cosmetic signs of previous use and/or a packaging that has been opened or damaged. It comes with a Min 12-month warranty, so there’s plenty of time to try it out, and it’s More sustainable vs new.
